“Being brave doesn’t mean you go looking for trouble.” – Mufasa
At GOVA, we take being brave seriously. In fact, our messaging revolves around being brave, resilient, and remarkable. By definition, being brave means one is ready to face and endure danger or pain. For the tribe, however, we realize that being brave means you are ready to take on a challenge, that you face whatever difficulties come your way and then come out better.
That’s why for our July monthly celebration, the tribe decided to watch the live-action remake of The Lion King. Some of the team members took this activity as a chance to spend time with their loved ones and share the iconic Disney movie with their children too!
It was indeed a night to remember, as the tribe grows stronger and better, with no plans of slowing down any time soon.
Like Simba, may we all embrace our inner “king” and face this week with bravery, compassion, and the confidence that no matter what life throws our way, we are able to get through them one day at a time!
